A Quick Primer on MagSafe
Magnet World
Most of the wireless chargers in this guide are MagSafe wireless chargers. That means they take advantage of the magnets embedded in the back of the iPhone 12, iPhone 13, and iPhone 14 range. I cannot stress this enough: If you buy a case, make sure it is a MagSafe case. We have several third-party options in the linked guides above. A normal case will weaken the pull of the magnets in the iPhone and will not stick to MagSafe accessories well. What's the point of MagSafe? You don't have to worry about misalignment with the wireless charger, meaning you won't wake up to a dead iPhone. Technically, this perfect alignment means chargers are also able to provide faster 15-watt charging, but Apple has restricted this perk to a tiny number of products from select brands like Belkin and Mophie, and we highlight those below.
MagSafe is available in the AirPods as well (depending on your model). Apple's AirPods and AirPods Pro with the wireless charging case will work with nearly all of the standard Qi wireless charging pads on these chargers (as will many third-party wireless earbuds), but if you have AirPods with MagSafe, then you can hook it up to the magnetic mounts as well.
If you do not have a MagSafe iPhone, then your iPhone won't be able to attach to these chargers, though we do have some recommendations for older iPhones (and the iPhone SE).
Best Overall
Belkin 3-in-1 Wireless Charger With MagSafe
This classy chrome charging tree suspends two of your Apple gadgets in midair, and the relatively compact T-shaped design won't take up much room on your desk or nightstand. It can recharge your iPhone at the fastest 15-watt charging speed Apple allows, and it can also fast-charge the Apple Watch Series 7, Series 8, and Apple Watch Ultra. Drop the AirPods Pro (or AirPods with wireless charging case) onto the base, and you'll be topping up all these devices from a single outlet. Everything sits securely in place, and you can even flip your iPhone into landscape orientation to watch a video while it charges. Belkin also sells a version as a pad if you don't want to have your devices propped vertically.
Runner-Up
Satechi 3-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charging Stand
This Satechi 3-in-1 requires you to supply your own 20-watt power adapter (this is a good one if you don't have one already), and it won't recharge your iPhone or Apple Watch at the fastest speeds possible. That's still totally fine if you usually only juice up your gadgets overnight. It's a little smaller than the Belkin, so it won't take too much room, and the aluminum build looks attractive (the iPhone mount is made of stainless steel). One neat trick? You can pop off the Apple Watch charger and take it on the go—just plug the USB-C end into any charger, power bank, or even laptop with the port to recharge your smartwatch.
Best Cheap 3-in-1
Monoprice MagSafe 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Stand
You absolutely don't need to spend more than $100 for a simple 3-in-1 charging system for your Apple gadgets. I've been using Monoprice's 3-in-1 MagSafe charger with no issues. It's plasticky, sure, but it does the job. The caveat? You will need to use your own Apple Watch cable (the one Apple provided in the box). There's space in the underside of the base to stow the cable. The good news is that if you have the Series 7, Series 8, or Apple Watch Ultra, your Apple Watch charger will fast-charge your smartwatch.
Otherwise, there's a grooved area for the AirPods, and the iPhone attaches magnetically to the mount on the left of the Apple Watch and will charge at the standard rate (7.5 watts). It comes with a charging adapter too. You can orient your iPhone in landscape mode, but it will then block the Apple Watch charger.
