Go to Settings > Screen Time.
Tap Screen Distance, then turn on Screen Distance.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you hold the screen too close to your face for a long time, Screen Distance covers the screen with a warning and prevents you from continuing. When you move iPhone more than 30 cm away, you can tap Continue to keep using it.
When you see the Screen Distance warning, move your iPhone more than 30 cm away, then tap Continue when it activates.
