Read, pay and top up
In order to do this we will need three things:
- An iPhone with iOS 14 or later installed
- The Transportation Card application, available free of charge on the App Store
- Our Madrid transport card activated

After this step, you only have to select the payment method and confirm the purchase . The Card will recharge automatically once you have finished. If you do not have any payment method in the application, you can add it by clicking on the button with the horizontal lines at the top left of the screen.
This small breakthrough is a first step for other transport subscriptions to join the trend: the next steps should be to imitate New York or London transport and use Apple Pay directly or an integration with Wallet to be able to pay our tickets and fertilizers almost effortlessly.
