Earlier this morning I stumbled unto "Apple Video Programming LLC" at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The company is located in Culver City, legally registered in Delaware, with their attorney Listed as Thomas R. La Perle, One Apple Park Way, Cupertino. In the USPTO filing, the lawyer name is clearly listed as from "Apple Inc."

All of the trademarks cover the titled of Apple TV+ programming. Below is brief list of programming title trademark applications with a few that have been registered.
