While some other users also stated that they had problems on Reddit, one user stated that his camera flickered uncontrollably when he opened Snapchat and Instagram. This person stated that he did not encounter any problems while taking pictures with the phone without the application.
Making a statement to the American broadcaster CNN, Apple reported that they were trying to fix the problem. "We are aware of the issues and will release the fix next week," a spokesperson for Apple said.
