Apple Fitness+ is starting the New Year with its biggest programming update yet, introducing exciting new features and collaborations to inspire users. Launching January 6, 2025, the update includes Strava integration, a progressive strength training program, and a range of new workouts and meditations.
Strava Integration Enhances Fitness Tracking
One of the standout additions is Strava integration, which allows Apple Fitness+ data to sync seamlessly with the popular fitness app. Users can now track their Apple Fitness+ sessions, including metrics and cover art, directly within Strava.
Additionally, Strava athletes will guest-present Fitness+ workouts throughout the year. To celebrate the collaboration, Strava subscribers will receive up to three months of free Fitness+ access.

Apple Fitness+ continues to build its reputation as a versatile workout service with the following highlights for 2025:

The popular Artist Spotlight and Time to Walk series return with fresh content. Starting January 13, 2025, actor Adam Scott will host the next installment of Time to Walk, sharing personal stories and insights during a reflective walking session.
