Apple M2

The U.S. Patent Office has published Apple's non-figurative trademark filing for 'Apple M2' filed earlier this week which only represents an alpha-numeric version of the trademark which is different from the figurative version presented in our cover graphic above.

Apple's trademark was filed under International Class 009 covering "computers; computer hardware, namely, integrated circuits; and computer chips." Apple's original filing for this trademark was secretly made in Jamaica in May 2022 under application number 86521. This was one month prior to Apple introducing their new MacBooks powered by their next-gen 'M2" processor.

Apple Specimen

The U.S. Patent Office defines a specimen as being an example of how a company is actually using their trademark in the marketplace with the goods or services in their application. It's what consumers see when they are considering whether to purchase goods or subscribe to services that Apple provides in connection with their trademark. Below is Apple's 'Specimen' for the trademark 'Apple M2.'
