ıphone.com User and Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between ıphone.com (hereinafter referred to as "ıphone.com") and ıphone.com (hereinafter referred to as
- ıphone.com; is a press organization that publishes news, articles, multimedia, shares city guide services with its users through the ıphone.com website, and provides an electronic environment where its members can write comments and make discussions.
- The user is deemed to have accepted this agreement by subscribing or visiting ıphone.com
- The user is deemed to have undertaken to act in accordance with this agreement, any other terms of use published and to be published by ıphone.com and the legislation of the Republic of United States while visiting ıphone.com. Otherwise; all legal and criminal liability will belong to the User.
- In order for the User to add content to ıphone.com, comment on the content under his/her own account, follow other members, add certain content to favorites, he/she must become a member of gazi.io by using the various registration options offered on the GBiD (Global Press ID) page opened with the "Login" link on the homepage; by entering e-mail address, username, name, surname, password and other data to be requested or by logging in with his/her Facebook account.
- The membership account must not contain any data that is contrary to the law. An offensive username cannot be created by pretending to be someone else, using a name belonging to any individual without permission, or provoking people.
- The user is obliged to provide accurate and complete information for the membership account and to keep this information constantly updated.
- If the user becomes a member of gazi.io with a Facebook account, the user is deemed to have granted gazi.io access to the information contained in the Facebook profile of gazi.io and transmitted to the user by Facebook when becoming a member. The user can set which information will be accessible in the privacy settings in their Facebook account.
- The user can close the membership account registered at ıphone.com by clicking the "Delete My Membership" button in the profile settings.
- The user irrevocably agrees that gazi.io administrators may terminate memberships at any time without any reason, close the membership account temporarily or permanently, delete the information in the membership account, and in such a case, they cannot make any request.
- It is forbidden to send messages or upload content that disturbs, threatens, harasses and insults members in public or private message areas on gazi.io. Members who act in violation of this prohibition may be removed from membership after examining their situation.
- The information, data, text, photos, photos, videos, audio clips, comments, articles, software, codes, graphics on gazi.io will be referred to as "content" and these contents can be entered by members to gazi.io or by ıphone.com editors.
- The content uploaded to gazi.io must be accurate and up-to-date. Whether any content added, uploaded, created by the User is shared privately or shared openly to all users, it is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that such content is accurate, up-to-date and complies with the legislation in force.
- ıphone.com has the right to reject, delay, delay or not publish the content, e-mail or any message on its pages from the User without giving any reason.
- Except for using the services offered at ıphone.com, it is forbidden to use, imitate, modify, distribute or store the content on gazi.io for other purposes. The user may not sell the content on gazi.io, exploit it for purposes such as advertising and use it in a way that damages the rights of third parties.
- The publishing rights of any content published on ıphone.com by third parties cannot be used or published in any media in any way without permission from the content owner.
- The user has undertaken that the content to be entered at ıphone.com will not contain defamatory, deceptive elements, pornographic, immoral photographs, insults, violence, racism, discrimination and illegality that will damage the personal rights of third parties.
- ıphone.com may make certain areas or categories of gazi.io, some services used, paid and may determine these fees unilaterally.
- Members of gazi.io are solely responsible for all actions they take with their membership account, all content they upload, all content and actions related to the membership account, even if their membership expires.
- ıphone.com will pay utmost attention to the security of membership accounts. However, the information stored in the membership account and the security of the account password are the responsibility of the User. The User should never share the information related to the membership account with third parties. In the event of a situation beyond the User's control in the membership account, ıphone.com should be contacted immediately. The User's membership account password must not be shared by third parties.
Notification Addresses The address specified by the User on the gazi.io website shall be deemed to be the legal address for all notifications to be made in relation to this agreement. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing of changes in their current addresses within 3 (three) days, they agree that notifications to the old addresses will be valid and deemed to have been made to them. Due to this contract, all kinds of notifications to be made by the user using the registered e-mail address of the user on the gazi.io website are valid and will be deemed to have reached the User 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by gazi.io. The User declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information he/she has provided about himself/herself.
